Yesterday, my wife and I -- New Yorkers who have traveled wideley-- were treated to a truly exceptional private, curated experience, with our delightful guide Geoffrey, a knowledgeable wine professional who is a native of the Medoc. Bordeaux Wine Trails accommodated our specific request to visit two particular chateaus: Cantemerle and Marquis de Terme. A group of 5 of us had an excellent all-day Médoc tour. While scheduling, the friendly staff were very attentive to customizing our tour and being mindful of holidays and other constraints. Our guide/driver (Geoffrey) was very friendly, spoke excellent English and, as a native of the region, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the wines/chateaux of Bordeaux. A cut above other similar tours we’ve done in Bordeaux and elsewhere.

Crystal is a superb guide - very well informed and answered all our questions with charm and humour. The chateaus we visited were beautiful and we were very well informed about the wine making process. The wine we tasted was delicious and helped us learn about tasting. The lunch stop was perfect - good food and service. Thank you from us all

We did 3 days with Cristel and she put together an amazing program! We started in St. Emilion, then Medoc, then Grave and Sauternnes. She selected a perfect variety of wineries and restaurants, from fancy to casual, all special in their own way. My husband has a brain tumor and needs assistance, and she went out of her way to make everything easy and fun. I cannot recommend her or this company highly enough!

My husband and I did a private tour to Médoc. The planning was so easy because Bordeaux Wine Tours handled all the details. We visited to two amazing wineries, saw many beautiful chateaux, and had a delicious lunch at a lovely bistro in Saint Julien. Christelle was our driver and guide. She was so knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed spending our day with her. It was such a fabulous day! I highly recommend this tour.

We like very much the trip We had a good time Our guide was very friendly and showed knowledge about everything I felt that the winery choice could be better, specially the Giscours. However, the first one was really impressive (Pedesxlaux) We recommend the winetrails as a tourist guide.
