This Saint-Emilion evening wine tour from Bordeaux takes you into the vineyards for wine tastings at a family-owned estate, followed by a sunset picnic dinner and a guided walk through the medieval village.

Leaving from the Bordeaux Tourist Office, you’ll travel comfortably into the rolling vineyards of the right bank, as the sky begins to soften and the final colors of the day blend into the landscape. With a maximum of 8 guests, this experience is designed to be relaxed, intimate, and unique – perfect for travelers who love discovering beautiful places without the crowds!

The evening begins at a family-owned Saint-Emilion winery, where dedicated winemakers open their doors for a guided visit of the estate and its cellars. Learn about the terroir and winemaking traditions before enjoying your own wine tasting, followed by a picnic-style dinner in a peaceful vineyard setting, as the sun sets over the vines.

As night finally falls, the real magic begins! You’ll  explore  the medieval village of Saint-Emilion by night on a guided walking tour. Wander through narrow cobblestone streets and softly illuminated monuments while your guide brings centuries of history to life with stories, legends, and hidden details often missed during the daytime. Some free time allows you to soak up the evening atmosphere of the village at your own pace, and see where your curiosity takes you!

More than just a wine tour, this is an opportunity to discover Saint-Emilion under the moonlight, when the crowds have gone home,  and the warmth of golden street lamps light the way. Great wines, good food, and the quiet, timeless charm of Saint-Emilion after dark.

For the protection of the environment, we will no longer provide bottles of water during our tours. Guests are kindly invited to bring their own. Water and refills will be available at the chateaus.
