You will then dine and savor the meal you’ve prepared in the great hall of the chateau. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture, history and architecture of Saint-Emilion, as the experience continues with a visit to a Grand Cru Classé vineyard for a wine tasting. Next, your personal guide will take you to a local wine cellar and shop to taste more of the region’s best wines.

From your pick-up in Bordeaux, traveling to Saint-Emilion in a premium minivan, to being escorted around the prestigious chateaus and vineyards of the spectacular landscape, until you arrive back safe and satisfied to Bordeaux. Can we bring our luggage on the tour?
You can carry your luggage with you on request. It will depend on the size of the luggage and the space available in the van. But your chauffeur-guide will accompany you during your visits, so, any luggage or personal effects inside the vehicle will be left unattended. Bordeaux Wine Trails cannot be held liable in the event of theft or damage to your property.
Can I buy wine at the winery?
With the exception of a few very rare estates (1st growth wineries for instance), it is always possible to buy wine during our wine tours. Most wineries ship worldwide too! We strongly recommend shipping wine home in order to avoid carrying bottles along your travel(s).
