In just one day you’ll discover the richness, and remarkable diversity of Bordeaux wines. First you’ll visit a prestigious winery in the Graves area, followed by a picnic lunch amongst the vineyards, where you’ll be savoring Chateau wines under the warm south west sun! The wine tour finishes on a high note in Saint-Emilion, an official UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll taste several world-renowned red wines as well as the local sparkling variety known as crémant. We can guarantee that by the end of your journey with us, you’ll know all there is to know about Bordeaux wines. An exclusive tour that will not disappoint to impress your taste buds and give you a real sense of life in France.

Please let us know if you have any diatery requirements at least 48 hours prior the tour. The picninc is mostly composed with local cheeses, cured meats and salad.

Program

9:00 a.m. Meet your guide in front of the Bordeaux Office du Tourisme at 12 cours du 30 Juillet.
9:15 a.m. En route to the Graves vineyards.
10:00 a.m. Visit of a Graves prestigous winery, wine tasting of the château’s red and white wines.
11:40 a.m. Tour of a family-owned vineyard in Loupiac, Cérons or Entre- deux-mers wine region; picnic lunch in the vineyards with the winery’s delicious wines.
2:00 p.m. Departure to the Saint-Emilion vineyards via the sumptuous landscapes of Entre-Deux-Mers, considered as Bordeaux’s ‘little Tuscany’.
3:00 p.m. Tasting of the local sparkling wine, the Crémant, in a magical spot located in the medieval town of Saint Emilion
3:30 p.m. A short guided walking tour in the charming village of Saint-Emilion.
5:00 p.m Tour of a family-owned wine estate in the Pomerol or Saint-Emilion appellation. You’ll be welcomed by a family member who will take for a private tour and tasting.
6:45 p.m. Back to the Office de Tourisme de Bordeaux

The minimum number of people for each tour is 2. We reserve the right to cancel the tour 48 hours before departure if the minimum number of 2 people is not met and you will receive a full refund.
