Wine tasting in Bordeaux couldn’t be better than our Graves and Saint-Emilion tour, which is truly the ultimate French lifestyle experience. In just one day you’ll discover the richness, and remarkable diversity of Bordeaux wines. First you’ll visit a prestigious winery in the Graves area, followed by a gourmet picnic lunch amongst the vines, where you’ll be savoring local charcuterie and cheeses with chateau wines under the warm south west sun! The wine tour continues in the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, an official UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll taste several world-renowned red wines as well as the local sparkling wine known as crémant. We can guarantee that by the end of your journey with us, you’ll know all there is to know about Bordeaux wines. An exclusive tour that will not disappoint to impress your taste buds and give you a real sense of life in France!

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior the tour. The picnic is mostly composed with local cheeses, cured meats and salad or fresh seasonal vegetables.

Program

9:05 a.m. Meet your guide in front of the Bordeaux Office de Tourisme at 12 cours du 30 Juillet.
9:15 a.m. En route to the Graves vineyards.
9:45 a.m. Visit of a Graves prestigous winery, wine tasting of the château’s red and white wines.
11:30 a.m. Tour of a family-owned vineyard in the Entre- deux-mers wine region; picnic style lunch at the vineyard with the winery’s delicious wines.
2:00 p.m. Departure to the Saint-Emilion vineyards via the sumptuous landscapes of Entre-Deux-Mers, considered as Bordeaux’s ‘little Tuscany’.
2:30 p.m. Enjoy a glass of the local sparkling wine, the Crémant, in a magical spot located in the medieval town of Saint Emilion
3:00 p.m. A short guided walking tour in the charming village of Saint-Emilion.
4:30 p.m Tour of a family-owned wine estate in the Pomerol or Saint-Emilion appellation. You’ll be welcomed by the chateau host for one last exclusive wine tasting.
6:30 p.m. Back to the Office de Tourisme de Bordeaux

More than 72 hours before the day of the tour: no cancellation fee. Less than 72 hours before the day of the tour or no-show: 100% of the cost of the tour. The minimum number of people for each tour is 2. We reserve the right to cancel the tour 48 hours before departure if the minimum number of 2 people is not met and you will receive a full refund.
